National Input Suppliers and distributors

UNADA collaborates with private-sector seed companies in a linkage programme for seed distribution all over the country.  Seed companies are approached and requested to have agro-dealers as their distributors /agents.  The terms and conditions are developed in close collaboration with the seed dealers.  UNADA also collaborates with seed companies in training agro-dealers in seed handling and promotion of seed standards as a strategy to enhance improved seed adoption and control the unethical trade in fake seeds. UNADA sources seed for demonstrations from suppliers and involve them in the field days and promotion of the use of improved seeds
